This is a business-critical role for someone who can think holistically, act analytically, and execute cross-functionally.

Role Overview
As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between strategy and execution someone who can view the business end-to-end, identify untapped opportunities, and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
You will work across functions to build and optimize growth engines that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Prospect Identification
Evaluate the business across markets, products, channels, and customer segments
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and untapped growth prospects




Challenge existing assumptions and recommend current approaches to scaling growth
Develop structured growth roadmaps aligned with business priorities
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze data across the funnel: acquisition, activation, retention and revenue
Identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
Translate data insights into actionable strategies
Build dashboards and frameworks to track growth metrics and KPIs
Experimentation & Optimisation
Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests, pilots, cohort analysis)
Test hypotheses across channels, messaging, pricing, and customer journeys
Continuously optimize based on learnings and results
Create a culture of experimentation and learning across teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams
Align growth initiatives with product offerings and market needs
