Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to generate sales, build robust customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and order details as required.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
