Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and project updates.
Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and documentation.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.




Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.
Generate regular CRM reports and maintain data accuracy.
Support customer onboarding and post-sales relationship management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with CRM software and customer databases.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Customer-centric approach with solid problem-solving abilities.
