We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to manage customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube and other digital campaigns.
Drive subscriber/customer acquisition and improve CAC, ROAS, conversions and revenue.
Manage the digital funnel from ads to registration, payment and activation.
Plan customer engagement campaigns through WhatsApp, Push, SMS, Email and In-App channels.
Drive onboarding, renewals, upselling, win-back and retention campaigns.
Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.
Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments for creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop and improve campaign creatives.




Manage performance marketing agencies and evaluate campaign performance.
Explore recent digital channels and partnership opportunities.

Required Experience
6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
Valuable understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention and LTV.
Experience with analytics, campaign optimization and customer lifecycle marketing.
Strong data-driven and problem-solving approach.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
