About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented HR Executive with strong experience in recruitment, employee handling, attrition management, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in a rapid-paced BPO environment and independently managing HR activities for a large employee base

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with Operations for manpower requirements and timely closure of positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, references, and other sourcing channels.
Attrition Management & Retention
Monitor and analyze attrition trends and key reasons for turnover.
Conduct exit and retention discussions and identify high-risk employees.




Track EWS and coordinate with Operations on retention initiatives.
HR Operations
Manage day-to-day HR activities .
Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, employee records, and HR trackers.
Coordinate resignation, exit formalities, and Full & Final processes.
Employee Engagement
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Communicate HR policies, announcements, and organizational updates.
Conduct regular floor visits and maintain employee connect.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to HR policies and maintain accurate employee documentation.
Handle HR-related records, notices and confidential information.
