Must Have:
Manage travel arrangements for employees and leadership teams.
Handle reception operations and attend to visitors and guests professionally.
Manage office facilities, including housekeeping and security.
Organize and manage corporate events and employee engagement activities.
Manage vendors, including price negotiations and canteen vendor coordination.




Handle invoices and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
Manage administrative inventory, stationery, and gate-pass preparation.
Coordinate IT asset management, including laptops and other office assets.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier services.
Coordinate canteen operations, including vendor coordination, quality checks, invoice processing, MIS reporting, and record keeping.
Handle guest-house bookings and related invoices.
Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
Create POs and process invoices in SAP.
Initiate and track purchase requests and approvals in SAP.
Coordinate employee transportation arrangements.
Allocate desks and support a smooth onboarding experience for current joiners.
Manage ID card issuance and IT asset inventory.
Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements for guest visits.
Support property-related activities and other administrative requirements.
