About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, doctor visits, customer relationship management, and business development, with a primary focus on Orthopedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to Orthopedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics, and Healthcare Professionals.
Promote and explain the company's medical, surgical, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, dealers, and distributors.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.




Identify potential customers and develop recent markets within the assigned territory.
Follow up with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and other potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, applications, and perks.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for orders, stock availability, dispatch, and payments.
Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers/distributors.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market prospects and challenges.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, surgical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience dealing with Orthopedic Doctors and Physiotherapists will be preferred.
