About the Role
We are looking for an HR skilled to join the Rebel Foods team in Mumbai and manage MyHR operations for our blue-collar workforce across India.
The role will primarily support kitchen and support staff across our Pan-India operations and will be responsible for managing employee requests and HR documentation through the MyHR platform.
What Youll Do
Manage day-to-day MyHR operations for blue-collar employees across Pan-India kitchens and support teams.
Handle employee-related requests and queries through the MyHR platform.
Manage HR documentation including:
Offer letters
Salary slips
Employee documents
Other HR-related letters/documents
Ensure employee information and records are accurately updated on the MyHR platform.
Coordinate with relevant HR and business teams to resolve employee queries.
Ensure HR processes and requests are completed within defined timelines.
Support smooth execution of employee lifecycle-related activities.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
Handle a high volume of employee queries and operational requests efficiently.
Who You Are
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / Employee Operations.
Experience handling blue-collar / frontline employees would be preferred.
Comfortable working on HRMS / employee management platforms.
Valuable understanding of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable handling high-volume employee operations.
