Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Identify passive candidates and approach relevant specialists.
Manage multiple positions simultaneously across different levels and functions.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, qualification, stability and career aspirations.
Evaluate candidates against the JD and organizational requirements.
Conduct salary, notice period and relocation discussions.
Share relevant shortlisted profiles with hiring managers/client stakeholders.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule and track interview rounds.
Collect interview feedback and maintain candidate status.
