Job Summary

Syrus Hospital, Kushal Nagar, is looking for an experienced and highly capable Patient Relation Officer (PRO) to oversee patient-facing operations and support the smooth functioning of day-to-day hospital activities.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant hospital experience, excellent coordination and communication skills, solid leadership ability, and the confidence to handle operational responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day patient service and front-office activities.
Ensure smooth patient flow and effective coordination between patients, doctors, nursing, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
Handle patient queries, concerns, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
Monitor the overall patient experience and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with department heads and staff to resolve operational issues promptly.
Supervise and guide front-office and patient service staff as required.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance,



and adherence to hospital procedures.
Support the management team in implementing operational policies and service standards.
Maintain proper communication and coordination between departments.
Track operational concerns and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Assist in handling escalated patient or attendant concerns with professionalism.
Prepare basic operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support quality initiatives, documentation, and hospital standards.
Take responsibility for assigned operational activities and ensure timely completion.
Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment throughout the hospital.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare workplace.
Robust experience in hospital operations, patient relations, or healthcare coordination.
