Job Description

Fintas Overseas Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, maintaining professional communication, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations.

We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other support channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and professional resolutions.
Assist customers with Fintas products, services, orders, payments, and account-related queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.




Ensure timely follow-up on pending customer issues.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Support daily office and customer service operations as required.

Requirements
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat, and web applications.
Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Compensation
Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month, including performance-linked incentives.
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month, including performance-linked incentives.
Salary will be based on skills, experience, interview performance, and applicable company policies.
