Job Position: Art Director

Responsibilities
Ability to conceptualize and ideate national-level campaigns across Digital, TV, Print, Outdoor, Radio, and other media.
Provide creative and art direction to the team and ensure high-quality creative output across brands.
Manage and mentor a team of Visualizers and Graphic Designers assigned to a set of brands.
Develop and maintain a solid visual language and creative direction for brands.
Possess a solid sense of design, layouts, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency.
Demonstrate a robust sense of responsibility and ownership towards brands and projects.
Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling creative strategies.
Actively participate in and lead creative pitches and current business presentations, developing impactful concepts and creative solutions.
Stay updated with AI tools, emerging technologies, and new creative trends,



and encourage the team to explore and integrate AI into the creative process.
Ensure timely delivery of work while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
Collaborate with the Copy, Client Servicing, and other teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
