PU Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PU Machine Operator responsible for operating and monitoring PU processing machines for the manufacturing of PU tiles, rubber tiles, and PU dumbbells. The operator should have practical knowledge of TDI, MDI, HMI operation, material handling, hardness control, and machine parameters.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor PU machines with 400–500 kg tank capacity.
Operate the machine through the and monitor operating parameters.
Handle and process TDI and MDI-based PU systems safely and efficiently.
Maintain required material ratios, temperature, pressure, mixing, and processing parameters.
Monitor product quality and ensure consistent hardness and finish.
Manufacture and handle production of:
PU Tiles
Rubber Tiles
PU Dumbbells
Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance.
Required Technical Knowledge
Valuable knowledge of TDI and its application in PU production.
Positive knowledge of MDI (Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) and its application in PU production.




Knowledge of PU mixing, pouring, curing, and molding processes.
Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Product / Hardness Knowledge
MDI-based PU: Approx. 60 hardness
TDI-based PU: Approx. 90 hardness
Machine Experience
PU machine with 400–500 kg tank capacity
HMI-based machine operation
Mixing and dispensing systems
Temperature and pressure control systems
Molding and production equipment

Required Skills
PU machine operation
TDI & MDI handling knowledge
HMI operation
Basic troubleshooting
Quality inspection
Production monitoring

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in PU manufacturing/machine operation is preferred.

Education

ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification preferred. Relevant hands-on experience in PU manufacturing may also be considered.
