Achieve service revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Lead, train, and monitor Service Engineers and service staff.
Ensure timely repairs, maintenance, breakdown support, and warranty processing.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Coordinate with JCB/OEM representatives for technical support, audits, and training.
Ensure compliance with JCB standards, safety, and workshop discipline
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kozhikode, Kerala
