About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to generate and develop new business opportunities in the Netherlands and India. The role is LinkedIn-driven focused on personalized prospecting and relationship-building rather than cold calling. You'll work closely with the company director, who leads in office client demonstrations, while you manage the pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups that keep deals moving.

Key Responsibilities
Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and personalized outreach
Build relationships with prospects and arrange meetings/demos




Prepare briefing notes for the director ahead of client demonstrations
Follow up post-demo and maintain contact through the sales cycle
Coordinate proposals and next steps with management and technical teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular pipeline updates

Skills & Experience Required
23 years' experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
Solid communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with international clients
Ability to understand software products and communicate their business value
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning the sales pipeline end-to-end
Working knowledge of CRM tools

Compensation & Incentives
Fixed CTC: 2.4 4 LPA (based on experience and English fluency)
