Network Analyst & Technician

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain broadband internet and cable TV networks.
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, router, ONU/ONT and network-related issues.
Handle GPON/FTTH network troubleshooting and basic OLT/ONU maintenance.
Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
Install, maintain and repair cable TV connections.
Troubleshoot cable TV signal, cable, splitter, connector and set-top box-related issues.
Carry out field visits for internet and cable TV complaints.
Coordinate with technicians and report major network issues.
Maintain basic records of network equipment and customer complaints.

Qualification
Any degree is acceptable.
Diploma/technical qualification in Networking, IT, Electronics or related fields is an added advantage.
Freshers can apply.




Previous experience in networking, ISP, broadband or cable TV is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements
Basic knowledge of computers and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to perform field work.
Ability to work independently and with a technical team.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Working Conditions
7 days working schedule, based on operational requirements.
Payment/salary is calculated based on attendance.
Leave taken on scheduled working days will be treated as Loss of Pay (LOP) and deducted accordingly.
Candidates should be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
