Job Summary

An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting the company's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department managers.
Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Perform background verification and reference checks when required.
Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for current employees.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
