We are looking for an experienced Miller / Production Manager to take end-to-end accountability for milling and production operations of a wheat flour mill. The role will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, optimising extraction/yield, controlling production costs and leading the production team.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for wheat milling and production operations from wheat intake to finished flour and by-products.
Plan and achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.
Control wheat cleaning, conditioning, milling, sifting, blending and product recovery.
Optimise flour extraction, yield, product recovery and milling efficiency.
Ensure consistent finished-product quality in coordination with QC/QA.
Monitor production losses, downtime, power consumption and cost per MT.
Lead and manage production manpower across shifts.




Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability and minimise breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, safety and operational SOPs.
Analyse production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, quality and cost efficiency.
Maintain daily production MIS and report performance to management.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Milling Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Grain Technologyor related discipline.
10–15 years of relevant experience in wheat flour milling / grain processing.
Solid hands-on experience in commercial wheat flour mill operations and production management.
Experience in automated / large-scale flour mills will be preferred.
