Position: Road Tester / Final Inspection

Key Responsibilities
Conduct road tests of vehicles after service and repairs.
Perform final inspection before vehicle delivery to customers.
Check vehicle performance, handling, braking, steering, AC, electrical systems, and abnormal noises.
Verify that all reported complaints have been properly rectified.
Identify and report any issues found during road testing.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for necessary corrections.
Ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards before delivery.
Maintain proper inspection and road-test records.
Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines.

Candidate Requirements




ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
2–5 years of experience in automobile dealerships/workshops preferred.
Valid driving licence with positive driving skills.
Good knowledge of passenger cars and basic automotive systems.
Ability to identify vehicle performance issues during road testing.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Passenger Car Dealership / Authorized Service Centre preferred.
