Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and academically driven Assistant Professor – Human Resource Management (HRM) to teach MBA students, mentor future HR specialists, contribute to research, and support institutional development. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of HR concepts, labour laws, strategic HR, and contemporary HR practices, with the ability to integrate industry-oriented learning into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning
Deliver lectures for MBA courses in Human Resource Management.
Teach subjects such as:
Human Resource Management
Organizational Behaviour
Talent Acquisition & Management
Performance Management System
Training & Development
Compensation & Perks
Industrial Relations & Labour Laws
HR Analytics
Strategic HRM
Employee Engagement




Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and study materials.
Conduct tutorials, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
Evaluate assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.

Student Mentoring
Guide students for internships, dissertations, live projects, and research.
Mentor students for placements and career development.
Monitor academic progress and provide counselling whenever required.

Research & Publications
Conduct quality research in HR and Management.
Publish research papers in UGC Care/Scopus/ABDC indexed journals.
Present papers in national and international conferences.
Apply for funded research projects and consultancy assignments.

Academic Administration
Participate in curriculum development and syllabus revision.
Prepare question papers and assessment reports.
Maintain academic records and documentation.
