Eligibility & Skills
Knowledge of OS (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Basic hardware understanding (computers, printers, networks)
Familiarity with software, collaboration tools, security programs
Networking concepts - LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN
Valuable troubleshooting & diagnostics skills
Responsibilities
Provide technical support (phone, email, remote, in-person)
Install & configure hardware, software, and networking devices
Troubleshoot internet, printer, scanner, phone issues
Manage IT inventory & escalate issues when required.
