Required Skills
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, planning and execution.
Hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, users, groups, roles and Entra ID.
Experience with migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, ShareGate, AvePoint, or Microsoft native migration capabilities.
Understanding of identity migration, domain transfer, DNS, mail routing, permissions, retention, compliance, and security policies.
Cross-tenant synchronization and coexistence setup
PowerShell experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Graph, and Entra ID modules.
Ability to create migration plans, execute cutovers, troubleshoot issues, and support end users.
Conditional Access, MFA, security policies, and licensing configuration
Microsoft Purview basics: retention, eDiscovery, DLP, sensitivity labels
Migration tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest On Demand Migration, ShareGate, AvePoint
Migration runbooks, cutover planning, rollback planning, and post-migration support
