Manage refund/reversal SLAs, chargeback TAT & SR/OC adherence. Drive SR reduction via process automation & NVA elimination. Ensure TRAI compliance reporting and daily MIS/dashboard to management.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with 6–8 yrs in Telecom Billing Ops. Hands-on SAP CI/ERP, Adv. Excel & SQL. Refunds/chargeback experience mandatory. Navi Mumbai, WFO.
