Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Distribution Salesman to join our distribution team. You will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, collecting orders, expanding our market reach, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned retail shops and outlets regularly to collect product orders.

* Introduce new products to retailers and increase product visibility in the market.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

* Maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing retail clients and onboard new outlets.

* Assist in payment collections and ensure timely settlement of outstanding dues.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product stock levels at retail outlets.

Requirements & Qualifications:





* Minimum M.P pass / HSC pass (or equivalent) or undergraduate .

* Prior experience in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution sales is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of the local market and assigned geographic routes.

* Ownership of a bicycle or motor vehicle is an added advantage.

* Honest, target-driven, and physically active for field visits.
