About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize and scale paid marketing campaigns with a strong focus on leads, conversions, sales and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies according to brand objectives.
- Set up and optimize lead generation, traffic, conversion and sales campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and keyword research.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking and analytics.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the social media, creative and sales teams.
- Identify new opportunities to increase leads and revenue.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithms and platform changes.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversion rate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client campaigns.
- Solid communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and CRM tracking is an advantage.

Performance Expectations

This is a target-oriented role. The candidate will be responsible for achieving agreed campaign KPIs such as qualified leads, conversions, revenue, CPL and ROAS.

Pay: ₹11,301.31 - ₹30,000.00 per month
