Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals and business targets. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate company updates.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Resolve team-related issues and employee concerns.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective action.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.




- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Support management in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a team-handling or supervisory role will be an advantage.
