Job Description
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
- Manage multiple digital campaigns while ensuring timely execution.

Social Media Management
- Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
- Maintain consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and identify opportunities to improve social media performance.

Paid Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Monitor advertising performance, cost per lead, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Lead Generation
- Generate and track leads through digital marketing campaigns.




- Monitor the quality and volume of leads generated.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.
- Track lead conversion into sales and site visits.

Required Skills
Digital Marketing Skills:
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation.
- Ability to manage and optimize digital campaigns.

Content & Creative Skills
- Good content-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic/video editing tools.
- Creative approach to digital marketing and content development.

Analytical & Professional Skills
- Positive analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
