We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to oversee showroom operations, drive sales, manage customer relationships, and lead the sales team effectively. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the interior decoration, home decor or related products industry.

The candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the showroom sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and design solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure proper product/display presentation and maintain showroom standards.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, inventory, delivery, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
