Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales of aluminium foil products (household foil, packaging foil, pharma foil, container foil, etc.) across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for business development, dealer/distributor management, key account handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aluminium foil products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target segments (packaging, pharma, food service, household/retail, industrial)
- Expand market presence in existing and new territories/regions
- Prepare and execute sales strategies and business plans to grow revenue and market share

Dealer/Distributor & Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and develop dealer/distributor network across assigned territory




- Ensure adequate stock availability and inventory planning at dealer/distributor points
- Monitor channel partner performance and resolve channel conflicts
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen distribution network

Key Account Management
- Handle key accounts including packaging companies, pharma companies, food processing units, and institutional buyers
- Build long-term relationships with key clients through regular engagement
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms within company policy
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints

Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements (aluminium/foil raw material prices)
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market feedback reports for management
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas

Order & Collection Management
- Coordinate with production/plan
