Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist Admin & Feedback Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer calls, assisting with enquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a skilled attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers after product delivery to collect feedback on their purchase and service experience.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Record customer feedback accurately in Excel or CRM software.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
