Role Description
The Food Server role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Food Server will greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include answering questions about menu offerings, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring tables are clean and properly set, and processing payments according to company procedures.



The role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, providing attentive customer service, and supporting other team members during busy service periods. The Food Server will help create a welcoming workplace and ensure guests have a positive, consistent dining experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to handle menu items, serving procedures, and basic service protocols.
- Candidates should ideally possess basic Cooking knowledge or familiarity with kitchen operations to understand preparation times and dish components.
