The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to take complete ownership of complex software requirements through their entire lifecycle-from analysis, architecture, and system design, all the way through to development, testing, and production implementation.
You will lead the development of our core applications built on a up-to-date .NET stack, heavily leveraging C#, ASP.NET MVC, React.js, Next.js, and RESTful Microservices.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate directly with technical and business stakeholders on deep requirement analysis and system architecture.
Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust,



high-performance applications using .NET Core and the React.js ecosystem.
Code Quality & Governance: Lead strict code reviews, enforce architecture standards, and ensure absolute code consistency, security, and maintainability across the team.
DevOps & Deployment: actively participate in continuous code deployment pipelines and infrastructure scalability.
Client Support: Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for critical internal and external client issues.
What We Are Looking For
Core Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
8 to 12 years of core software engineering experience with a proven track record of technical leadership.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
