CHEF – AIRLINE CULINARY INDUSTRY

Location: Shamshabad, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Week Off

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food as per airline catering standards and approved menus.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle bulk food preparation and production efficiently.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Follow standard recipes, production procedures, and kitchen guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
- Coordinate with the culinary and production team for timely food dispatch.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.




- Follow all airline catering and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements
- Experience in airline catering, hotel, commercial kitchen, or large-scale food production preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production timelines.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
