Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong B2B client-handling experience in engineering, design, technical services, or related industries. The ideal candidate should have exposure to international clients and global markets and be comfortable managing the complete business development cycle from market research and prospect identification to outreach, client conversations, opportunity qualification, follow-ups, and CRM management.
The role requires a combination of business development, consultative client engagement, market intelligence, digital prospecting, marketing strategy development, and relationship management. The candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal technical/SME teams, and positioning Finulent engineering capabilities effectively to prospective clients.
The role also requires team leadership capabilities,



including managing and guiding a small team of 4-5 business development or marketing interns and executive assistants to execute outreach and lead generation activities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Market Research & Business Development Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify international B2B opportunities across target engineering and infrastructure sectors.
Identify potential clients, market segments, emerging opportunities, industry trends, and
competitive landscapes.
Research companies that outsource or require engineering design, drafting, BIM, CAD,
renewable energy, telecom, EV, BESS, and related technical services.
Track international market developments and assess their potential impact on Finulent business.
Identify current geographic markets, industry segments, and niche opportunities for business expansion.
Develop region-specific and market-specific business development strategies (e.g., USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia), aligned with service dema
