Role Description
The Financial Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of life insurance and financial products, including advising customers on suitable solutions aligned with their protection and investment needs.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, reviewing customer profiles, preparing proposals, and overseeing policy servicing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Financial Services Manager will collaborate with sales, operations, and underwriting teams to drive business growth, monitor performance metrics, and support customer retention initiatives. The role also involves preparing regular reports, identifying process improvements, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and customer experience.

- Solid analytical skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support decision-making.
