Specification & Technical Consulting
- Drive product specifications with Structural Consultants, Architects, Faade Consultants, MEP Consultants, EPCs and other key decision-makers.
- Provide technical expertise, design recommendations and application support across fastening, anchoring and allied construction technologies.
- Analyse projects, drawings and technical requirements to identify opportunities for greater product specification and penetration.
- Develop technically compliant solutions aligned with relevant codes, standards and project requirements.

Project & Site Engagement
- Track and manage specifications and project opportunities through CRM, ensuring timely follow-up aligned with project milestones.
- Conduct regular project and site visits to provide technical support, resolve application-related challenges and identify recent opportunities.
- Support the conversion of specifications into successful project execution and sales.

Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build strong,



long-term relationships with Structural Consultants, Architects, Faade Consultants, MEP Consultants, EPCs, Contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and influence product selection and specifications through technically sound solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions and seminars for consultants and customers.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities through continuous engagement with key influencers and decision-makers.

Continuous Learning & Technical Excellence
- Stay updated on industry developments, construction practices, technical codes and standards to provide accurate and reliable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to convert technical specifications into business opportunities.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation, project records and specifications
