1) To Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

2) To Maintains customer records by updating accounts information.

3) To handle correspondence/e-mails/telephones of the department as well as customers and to maintain proper record of Bill of Exports etc.

4) To supervise & follow-up for the documents of the goods required, if any.

5) To co-ordinate in between booking/delivery offices and/or consignor/consignee parties to procure the documents or materials as required.

6) You will submit weekly/monthly report in writing regularly to your Reporting Manager under copy to the Management at least during the probation period.

All other relevant work as assigned by the Reporting Manager or the Management from time to time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
