About The Role:

Qualitia is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to build

enterprise pipeline across Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Telecom, and Global Capability

Centers (GCCs).

This role combines Salesforce ecosystem-led opportunity development with strategic outbound





prospecting to engage enterprise technology leaders and create qualified opportunities for the

sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise technology solutions and

navigating complex buying environments

What You’ll Do:

• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities within target accounts.

• Execute account-based prospecting campaigns across BFSI, Telecom, GCC, and

Enterprise Software organizations.

• Engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Salesforce COE Leaders, and

Digital Transformation stakeholders.

• Work Salesforce-sourced opportunities and convert referrals into qualified meetings.

• Conduct account and stakeholder research to understand business initiatives and buying

centers.

• Build executive outreach strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email, and

other channels.

• Develop account intelligence reports and map buying committees.

• Maintain accurate activity and chance updates within Sale
