E-commerce & Marketplace Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our marketplace business across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio and Nykaa.

You will be responsible for marketplace growth, catalogue, advertising, analytics and day-to-day execution, while leading and guiding our existing marketplace team. You will also work closely with marketplace KAMs and internal teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance.

This is a hands-on ownership role, not a coordination or reporting-only position.

Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day marketplace operations and performance across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio and Nykaa
- Lead, guide and review the work of the marketplace team
- Manage product listings, catalogue quality, A+ content, video cataloguing and marketplace SEO
- Plan and optimise marketplace advertising, promotions, deals and campaigns
- Analyse sales, advertising,



inventory and operational reports and present actionable insights
- Work proactively with marketplace KAMs to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues
- Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and implement better systems and workflows
- Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams on marketplace order and dispatch issues, including basic Unicommerce troubleshooting

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on e-commerce/marketplace experience
- Strong experience managing Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart; Ajio and Nykaa experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with marketplace catalogue management, advertising and promotions
- Strong Excel/data-analysis skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Solid leadership, ownership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and independently recommend actions
