We are looking for an experienced and high-performing SaaS Sales professional with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales or IT/software sales.

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing the sales cycle, generating new business, developing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating commercials and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations.
- Understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals and commercial terms.
- Drive sales closures and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Track all sales activities and opportunities through CRM.




- Coordinate with Product, Implementation and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular management reports.
- Contribute to sales strategy and business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in SaaS / B2B / IT / Software Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Experience in prospecting, lead generation, product demos and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer understanding.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Ability to independently manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- MBA preferred.
- Candidates with existing B2B/SaaS client networks will be an advantage.
