About the Role

Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Customer Support – Voice Process team at the Koramangala location.

The role involves interacting with customers/patients over the phone, understanding their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution or appropriate assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and/or outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer/patient queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Provide information related to hospital services, appointments, and general queries.
- Maintain a polite, qualified, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
- Record customer interactions and update the required details in the system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Follow the defined process, communication standards,



and customer service guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service/voice process experience can apply.
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate.
- Good verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with systems/applications.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from the Koramangala, Bengaluru office are preferred.
- Language Known : Kannada/Malayalam/Telugu/Hindi/Tamil any 2 preferred language
