Insurance Agency Development Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard current insurance agents.
- Identify potential candidates and build a strong agent network.
- Explain company products, policies, and business opportunities to prospective agents.
- Provide guidance and support to agents to help them generate business.
- Procure insurance policies through recruited agents and direct customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Follow up with agents and customers to achieve business targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular support.
- Maintain records of agent recruitment and policy business.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
