We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, international client acquisition, cold calling, and business development for IT services.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
- Perform cold calling, outbound calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and calls and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Connect with decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant IT services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Good understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
