Job Title: Assistant General Manager - Architecture

Location: Head Office, Saket, New Delhi

Reporting To: HOD - Architecture

Role Purpose

Lead architectural design management across projects by translating business and product requirements into compliant,



buildable and cost-effective design solutions. The role will partner with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design quality, timely delivery and seamless execution from feasibility through project launch.

How you can make an impact ?
- Translate business and product requirements into explicit design inputs and comprehensive briefs for external architects and consultants.
- Lead cross-functional design coordination and ensure timely, accurate flow of drawings, decisions and information across business teams.
- Review sanctioned drawings and inputs from approval authorities, including Municipality, Environment Clearance (EC), RERA and Airport Authority, to verify compliance with statutory requirements and approval conditions before final submission or release.
- Conduct architectural feasibility studies for new land parcels in line with applicable local bye-laws, development regulations and Ashiana
