**Position:** Sales Executive – Construction Equipment

**Department:** Sales & Marketing

**Location:** Indore & Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Field Sales

**Reporting To:** Sales Manager / Branch Head
1. Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for **generating sales of construction and heavy equipment** in the assigned territory of Indore, Bhopal and nearby areas. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with contractors and infrastructure companies, conduct product demonstrations, achieve sales targets and ensure effective coordination for customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

* Achieve assigned **monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets**.

* Generate recent leads through regular market visits and field activities.

* Identify potential customers including:

* Construction Companies

* Infrastructure Companies

* Builders & Contractors





* Road & Highway Contractors

* Mining Companies

* RMC/Concrete Companies

* Government/Infrastructure Project Contractors

* Equipment Rental Companies

* Develop and maintain a strong customer network across **Indore, Bhopal and surrounding markets**.

* Convert leads into orders through effective follow-up, negotiation and relationship management.

* Prepare territory-wise sales plans and execute them effectively.
Product Sales

* Promote and sell construction equipment such as **Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Compactors, Motor Graders, Concrete Equipment, Rock Breakers and other allied machinery**, as applicable to the dealership.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.

* Conduct product presentations and machine demonstrations.

* Explain product features, technical advantages, operating benefits and commercial value to customer
