Job Title: Technical Manager R&D; (Agrochemicals)

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager R&D; for our Agrochemical division. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in agrochemical formulation development, laboratory research, product evaluation, technical support, and commercialization of new products. The role requires close coordination with production, quality, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Agrochemical Formulations (EC, SC, SL, WP, WDG, GR, CS, etc.).

Conduct laboratory trials for new formulations and product improvements.

Perform product evaluation and stability studies to ensure product quality and performance.

Plan and execute plant-level trials and scale-up activities for commercial production.

Provide technical support and training to the sales and marketing team.

Lead recent product development and successful product launches.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



for product quality and customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Regulatory teams during product development.

Maintain technical documentation, formulation records, and trial reports.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry / Agriculture / Agrochemicals or related field. Ph.D. will be an added advantage.

Experience: 8 to 15 years in Agrochemical R&D; and Formulation Development.

Strong knowledge of agrochemical formulations and manufacturing processes.

Experience in lab-scale development, pilot plant trials, and commercial scale-up.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D;, Production, QA, Regulatory, and Sales teams.
