Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Coordinator to manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and ensure accurate, timely data availability across departments.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting data from different teams, maintaining MIS dashboards, identifying data gaps, preparing management reports, and providing actionable insights to the Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from Sales, Operations, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting formats.
- Monitor sales performance,



targets, achievements, revenue, orders, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare city-wise, region-wise, product-wise, channel-wise, and employee-wise reports as required.
- Track daily operational performance and highlight deviations from targets.
- Maintain inventory and stock-related MIS, including inward, outward, consumption, and availability reports.
- Prepare ageing, pending, cancellation, return, and reconciliation reports where applicable.
- Coordinate with different teams to obtain missing or incorrect information.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Create management dashboards and presentations for review meetings.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to management whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of MIS files.
