Assistant Restaurant Manager – ₹35,000/Month + Accommodation

Location: Cafe Cotinga, Anjuna, Goa

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage the overall functioning of our F&B; operations, including both Front of House restaurant service and Kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant and kitchen.
- Supervise Front of House and Kitchen teams during operations.
- Ensure smooth breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Coordinate between service and kitchen teams for timely order delivery.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Manage staff duty allocation, attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Monitor food wastage, breakage, inventory and operational costs.
- Ensure proper stock availability and coordinate requirements with the kitchen.




- Train and supervise restaurant and kitchen team members.
- Monitor billing, POS operations and daily restaurant closing procedures.
- Drive upselling, guest satisfaction and overall F&B; revenue.
- Take complete operational responsibility in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant hotel/restaurant experience.
- Strong knowledge of both restaurant service and kitchen operations.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong team-management and guest-handling skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
