About the Role

Cybrom is looking for a highly experienced technology leader to build and lead one of Central India's strongest technical learning ecosystems.

The Head of Learning & Academic Excellence will be responsible for the overall technical education strategy, faculty excellence, curriculum innovation, academic quality, and learning outcomes across all technology programs.

The ideal candidate must have a solid Computer Science or Information Technology background with hands-on industry experience in software development and team leadership. This role is not limited to academics—it requires someone who understands current industry trends, recruiter expectations, up-to-date software engineering practices, AI technologies, and how to transform students into industry-ready professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership




- Define and execute Cybrom's technical learning strategy.
- Ensure world-class academic quality across all technical programs.
- Establish standardized teaching methodologies and academic processes.
- Develop scalable systems for academic excellence across multiple centers.

Curriculum & Technology
- Design and continuously update curriculum based on industry requirements.
- Introduce emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science, Full Stack Development, Mobile Development, and emerging software engineering practices.
- Ensure every course includes practical learning, live projects, coding assessments, and industry-relevant case studies.
- Build certification pathways aligned with leading technology companies.

Faculty Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing technical trainers.
- Conduct technical interviews and faculty assessments.
- Implement regular Train-the-Trainer
