Role Description
The Operations Intern role is a full time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The intern will support daily operations, including coordinating bookings, tracking puja schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, pandits, and internal teams.



Responsibilities include updating and maintaining operational records, assisting with process improvements, monitoring service quality, and helping resolve customer or partner queries. The role also involves supporting basic project coordination activities, preparing reports on key operational metrics, and collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to enhance service efficiency.
